Lots of interesting books you’ve reviewed here! I am reading a lot of astrology books lately. I am currently reading The Book of Air by Steven Forrest.
My favorite beginner book is "Astrology for Real Life" by Theresa Reed. She is skilled at breaking down complex issues and translating them into practical ways of viewing your life from the perspective of the cosmic energy at the time of your birth. I also love Debra Silverman's "Missing Elements." It's not an in-depth astrology book per se, but she takes the basic elements (water, air, earth, and fire) to help understand people's characteristics (why people behave in a certain way) and show how to create balance in our lives. Because, like nature, we need the four elements to feel good (balanced/in harmony).
Thank you so much for your Jan round up. It was a good month for you (and a very bad one for me!); I have not prioritised reading much since the end of November, although I have just started 'Lapvona'. Let's hope for the best.
The books you have read sound really interesting, particularly 'Age of Vice' (I am into family sagas since last year) and 'The Body'. I will add them to my ever growing TBR list.
Enjoyed the reviews. Looking forward to reading more.
Thank you, Winston for your support, as always :)
Amazing! These are great book recommendations too. I'm currently reading Ray Bradbury’s The Illustrated Man.
The description looks so interesting. I've put it on my TBR list!
I just finished the Cartographers by Peng Shepherd (it was fantastic) and am starting The Half Known Life by Pico Iyer. Thanks for the book recs!
Thanks for sharing your reads, Betsy! I'll put these two on my list!

What'd be your one recommendation for a astrology book for someone who doesn't know anything about it?

There's always time when I don't feel like reading or were preoccupied with something else. We read when we can, and that's okay :)
Love your thoughtful and insightful reviews, thank you!
Thank you!
